Cookies and analytics
This site is built to be fast and lightweight and uses minimal cookies. We use Google Analytics to understand which pages people find helpful, and we have configured it for measurement only: advertising and cross-device tracking features are switched off, page addresses are recorded without anything you may have typed into the address bar, and we never send your name, email, phone number, or anything you write in the contact form. When a form is submitted we record that it happened and which of the two forms it was (starting therapy, or another kind of question) so we know whether the site is working — never who submitted it, never your insurance, and never what you wrote. What we see is aggregate trends, not individuals. Google Analytics does set a cookie in your browser to count returning visits; you can control or block cookies through your browser settings, and browser “Do Not Track” or tracking-protection features will stop it. Google’s handling of the data it collects is described in its own privacy policy.
How we share information
We share your information only in limited ways:
- Service providers. Trusted vendors who help us run the site or handle form submissions (for example, our hosting and form-delivery services), acting on our behalf.
- Legal reasons. When required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our clients, our practice, or the public.
How long we keep it
We keep website inquiries only as long as needed to respond to you and for reasonable recordkeeping, then delete or archive them. Information you provide once you become a client is governed by our clinical records policies and applicable law, not this page.

We take reasonable steps to protect the information submitted through this site. That said, no method of transmitting information over the internet is completely secure, which is exactly why we ask you not to send sensitive health details through the website.

You may contact us at any time to ask what website information we hold about you, to request a correction, or to ask us to delete it. If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights regarding your personal information under California law; we honor those requests and do not sell personal information.
Children’s privacy
