Our contact form and email are not secure or HIPAA-protected channels. Please keep messages general and avoid sharing diagnoses, medications, treatment history, or other sensitive health details. Anything clinical is collected securely once you become a client.
Inquiries and appointments
Submitting the contact form or reaching out does not guarantee an appointment or acceptance as a client. Whether we’re the right fit, and whether we have availability, is determined through our intake process.
