The Team

Big-practice clinical skill, small-practice welcome. Get to know who you’d be working with, then we’ll match you well.

Dr. Heather Jensen

PhD, Clinical Psychologist
Founder & Clinical Director

Warm, collaborative care, rooted in two decades of clinical work.

Over the past two decades, Heather has treated adults across the full range of concerns, from anxiety, depression, and trauma to relationship challenges, identity, and complex life transitions. Whatever you bring in, chances are she’s sat with it before.

Her approach is collaborative and practical, integrating cognitive-behavioral and psychodynamic strategies so clients build skills, manage symptoms, and understand their patterns. Reaching out can feel vulnerable. You don’t have to do it alone.
